George and Amal Clooney confessed that they did not know the Duke and Duchess of Sussex moments before the royal wedding, it is claimed.
Hollywood actor George, 59, and human rights lawyer Amal, 42, were among 600 guests who witnessed the exchange of vows of Prince Harry, 36, and Meghan Markle, 39, at the Chapel. George’s Day at Windsor Castle in May 2018.

Finding Freedom, the biography of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, states that the Clooneys hosted the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on at least two occasions at their British home in Sonning, Oxfordshire.
The book adds that Harry and Meghan brought their dogs with them, and that George and Amal loved taking friends to the lake.
