Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, seemed taken aback when he learned during a press conference in Philadelphia that television networks had called Joe Biden’s presidential election on Saturday morning.
Responding to a question from a reporter, the former New York City mayor initially seemed confused about “the call” before asking, “Who called you?”
When he heard that ‘all networks’ had cast all 20 votes from the Biden Pennsylvania Electoral College, he quickly regained his composure, adopted a sarcastic tone and looked at his team saying’ OMG!
He reiterated that the Trump campaign would continue to fight the outcome when he said: ‘The networks cannot decide the elections, the courts can.’

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s personal attorney, gestures after the media announced that Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden won the 2020 election.
‘All networks, we have to forget about the law, the judges do not count. All networks. All networks, ‘he scoffed, looking up at the sky and raising his arms up.
All the networks thought that Biden would win by ten percent. Wow, what happened?
He was then asked if the team could change the result as it is now on the courts.
‘Of course!’ he claimed. The courts annul the elections if they are illegal.
In this particular case, I don’t know if there is enough evidence to leave out the entire election, certainly not across the country, perhaps in Pennsylvania.
“However, there is certainly enough evidence to disqualify a certain number of ballots,” he alleged.
Ballots that were not properly inspected should be discarded and that number of ballots should be removed from the count. That could affect the elections. ‘
Giuliani and the rest of Trump’s legal team were holding the press conference Saturday when they announced that they intended to move forward with Trump’s electoral challenge, oblivious to Pennsylvania and the presidency, as they had been summoned for Biden.
“He is not going to budge when there are at least 600,000 votes in question,” Giuliani said.

The Trump campaign has filed multiple in-state vote counting complaints with Giuliani on Saturday, alleging that poll workers “ were uniformly deprived of their right to inspect any portion of the mail-in ballots. ”
He was joined by former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and Trump’s campaign advisor Corey Lewandowski, who alleged that Philadelphia has a “ sad history of voter fraud ” and that multiple ballots had been cast bearing the names of deceased individuals.
“Will Smith’s father has voted here twice since he died,” Giuliani said. ‘I don’t know who he voted for because the vote is secret. In Philadelphia they keep the votes of the dead secret.
“The same was done in Georgia, the same was done in Michigan, the same was done in North Carolina,” the former mayor continued.
“It seems to me that someone from the DNC sent a note saying not to let the Republicans look at that mail on the ballots, at least not in the big democratic cities that we control.”
Giuliani initially seemed perplexed when he learned during a press conference about the call.

“This is not anecdotal,” Lewandowski added. “This is strong evidence and if you do your work in the media, you will find additional examples.”
They offered no proof of the allegations, but said the campaign would initiate a lawsuit on Monday.
The state appeared to have won the presidency from Biden on Saturday, as it took a small 0.5 percent lead, equivalent to 28,800 votes out of more than 6.5 million cast.
Trump spent Saturday morning tweeting and on the golf course when he lost Pennsylvania, the state he desperately needed to secure a second term.
Once it was heard that he had been called for Biden, the president was once again enraged for cheating.
He argued in his statement Saturday: ‘In Pennsylvania, for example, our legal observers were not allowed meaningful access to observe the counting process. Legal votes decide who is the president, not the media. “

But Trump’s campaign attorney conceded to a Philadelphia judge on Thursday that the president’s team had poll watchers in the room to see how mail-in ballots were counted in Pennsylvania.
‘Sorry, so what is your problem?’ said US District Judge Paul Diamond, appointed by President George W. Bush.
The Trump campaign was trying to obtain an injunction to stop the counting of votes in Philadelphia, a heavily Democratic area that was expected to add to Biden’s vote total.
They argued that their observers had been unfairly excluded from parts of the city’s scrutiny area within the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
But when questioned, Trump’s attorney, Jerome Marcus, admitted: “There are a number of people in the room other than zero.”
Diamond urged the Trump campaign and the Philadelphia board of elections to reach a resolution. The two sides finally agreed that a fixed number of observers could be admitted from each campaign, up to sixty, according to NPR.
Trump’s campaign lawsuit was later dismissed as moot.
Pennsylvania may still be heading for a recount, which state law requires in elections that are decided with 0.5 percent of the vote or less.
A lawsuit filed by the Pennsylvania Republican Party, based on a state court ruling on the validity of late ballot-by-mail, is also likely to go to the Supreme Court.
