England 41-18 Italy rugby LIVE SCORE: Jack Willis suffers a terrible knee injury after first attempt

ENGLAND have the bonus point against Italy in a match marred by a terrible knee injury to rookie Jack Willis.

Wasps’ wing came out to score a try almost instantly, but a dream debut turned into a nightmare when he suffered an injury so graphic that television networks refused to show the replay.

Monty Ioane landed to give Italy a surprising lead almost straight from the start, but attempts by Jonny Hill, Anthony Watson and Jonny May got England going.

Anthony Watson secured the bonus point with an interception attempt before Willis crossed the line.

Tommaso Allan got one for the Italians before Elliot Daly closed the scoring.
