Part and praised
Thomas Partey’s performance against Tottenham was highly praised by former Arsenal midfielder Gilberto Silva.
The Brazilian has insisted that the Ghana international is the best defensive midfielder he has seen in the Gunners jersey since leaving the club in 2008.
“I guess so. In my opinion, I agree with you,” he told Astro SuperSport. “He is a good player. He is the type of player that Arsenal lacked, I have spoken a couple of times about it.
“They have good players in the [central midfield] position but not to sit down and give Arsenal the stability it has.
“Watch the game [against Spurs] It was great to see how he handled his game, how he handled that position, helping [teammates].

Edu decides Arsenal’s next two moves
According to a report by the Express, Arsenal are interested in signing Eintracht Frankfurt defender Evan N’Dicka, so much so that they have already held talks with their representatives.
The French Under-21 international, who joined the German squad from French club Auxerre in 2018 for just under £ 5 million, has been a regular fixture in Frankfurt’s defense this season, racking up 17 appearances in all competitions, contributing two goals.
But it’s not just N’Dicka that is on the Gunners’ radar ahead of the summer window, as Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Yves Bissouma continues to attract interest.
The Express reports that Arsenal has been asked to be “kept informed” of its situation before the window is opened.
In january soccer, london reported that Bissouma is a player the Gunners like and that he would be open to the idea of joining Arsenal should the opportunity arise.

Interestingly, former Arsenal forward Kevin Campbell believes that Bissouma would be the perfect midfield partner for Partey.
“I think Arsenal could use a player like him for sure,” Campbell said on Amazon Prime after the Gunners’ victory at Brighton in December. “I think Thomas Partey needs an energetic midfield partner and I think he would be a perfect fit for that project.”

Guendouzi hints at £ 25m transfer U-turn
Funding is expected to be limited at Arsenal once again this summer, technical director Edu will have to get creative to beef up Mikel Arteta’s first team roster ahead of next season.
With that in mind, there are several players the Brazilian may be looking to sell to raise funds.
This list appears to include Matteo Guendouzi, who will spend the season on loan at Bundesliga Hertha Berlin after being frozen by Arteta and was reportedly told they will sell him at the next opportunity.
That’s according to reports that also claim that the Gunners have even lowered their asking price by £ 5 million to attract potential buyers.
Previously valued at £ 30 million last summer, the north London team is said to be willing to accept any offer in the region of £ 25 million for the Frenchman who will be in the final year of his contract in June.
However, based on the Frenchman’s comments on his future, a U-turn in the £ 25 million transfer appears to be about to take place.
When asked by France Football if his Arsenal career was over, Guendouzi said: “No, not at all. Now, I am focused on my season with Hertha Berlin.
“Then we will sit down with my entourage and the people of the club to think and discuss the future. I am still an Arsenal player. This summer will be a defining moment.”
