Donald Trump is the “most incompetent president in the history of the United States of America,” President-elect Joe Biden has said.
Responding to the announcement by the president of the United States that he would not be attending the inauguration, Biden said it was “a good thing.”
He said it was one of the few things he and the incumbent president agreed on, before saying that Trump had “embarrassed” America around the world and was “in no condition to serve.”
“He’s gotten past even my worst notions about him,” Biden said.
The president-elect had previously said that those responsible for the death of a police officer in the Capitol building should be held accountable.

Trump previously tweeted to say he would not be going to Biden’s inauguration.
