DONALD Trump is now back in the Oval Office before the vice presidential debate.
The president says he “feels great” after his battle with Covid-19 and officials have emphasized that strict security precautions have been put in place in the office.
Tonight Kamala Harris will face Mike Pence in what some are calling the most important vice-presidential debate in American history due to the president’s struggle with the virus.
This occurs when Trump had a tweet flagged for spreading what Twitter called “misleading and potentially harmful information.”
The president falsely claimed that the covid, which has 200,000 Americans, is less deadly than the flu in most of the population, a claim that experts strongly deny.
The tweet, which can still be seen but has been hidden on Trump’s page, read: “We have learned to live with it (the flu) just as we are learning to live with Covid, in most populations! much less lethal! “
