Diogo Jota sends emotional message to Wolves fans after Liverpool transfer

Diogo Jota has paid an emotional tribute to Wolverhampton Wanderers fans after leaving to join Liverpool.

The popular Portuguese forward completed a move to Anfield on Friday night for a fee that could eventually rise to £ 45 million.

Jota scored 44 goals in 131 games for Wolves after joining the initially loaned club of Atlético de Madrid in 2017.

He was instrumental in the Wolves winning the championship title and played a major role in leading the club to an FA Cup semi-final and Europa League quarter-finals during his time at Molineux.
