Police have addressed rumors that Hull’s missing Chloe Fewster has been in contact with people since she went missing on Christmas Day.
In a statement released Monday night, police said they will continue their search for Chloe, 19, until they see her or make direct contact.
It comes after rumors that she has been in contact with people since she was last seen on Christmas Day (Friday, December 25). Follow the latest news on finding Chloe here.
Appealing directly to Chloe, Humberside Police Detective Inspector Simon Vickers said, “I’d like to ask Chloe to contact us. Chloe, you don’t have to be embarrassed, we just want to talk to you to make sure. you’re safe and well.
“Please call me at the missing persons number 07464 986290 or if it’s easier, you can call 101 or 999 and make yourself known to our call manager.”
He said many people have come together to find the teenager, who was last seen in the Cranbrook Avenue area in North Hull.
“I would like to thank everyone who has provided information on Chloe’s whereabouts and everyone who has shared our appeal,” he said.

“The response has been phenomenal and many people have been very generous in taking time during the vacation period to try to help us locate Chloe.
“‘We want to reassure all those who are concerned that we will continue our search until we speak or see Chloe directly and are satisfied that she is truly safe and sound.”

Concerned family and friends desperately hope to find Chloe after reports that she disappeared with a man, rumored to be her boyfriend. Police have not specifically commented on this.
Chloe is around 5 feet 5 inches tall, slim, and has long brown hair.
Anyone with information should call the police at 101 quoting registry 160 from December 26.
