Brighton defense, Fantasy focus on Newcastle’s visit to Amex Stadium

[ad_1]

Brighton’s defense is the heart of Blank Gameweek 29’s final game when Newcastle United visit Amex Stadium.

Lewis dunk (£ 5.0m) is tonight’s most popular Fantasy Premier League asset backed by 9.7% of coaches worldwide.

With four strokes John stones (£ 5.3 million) is the only FPL defender with more goals than Brighton’s captain since Gameweek 17 (three).

And you’ll love your chances tonight considering Newcastle have conceded the second-highest number of header attempts in their last four games.

Robert Sanchez (£ 4.5m) represents the best of the rest in terms of Fantasy’s popularity when it comes to Brighton’s defensive assets.

3.6% owns the Gaviotas goalkeeper, while 2.6% is invested in Ben white (4.5 million pounds sterling) and 2.2% in Joël veltman (£ 4.4 million).

His positioning will be under scrutiny tonight. Operating as a right-back, the Dutch international has managed to produce more passes and key shots in the area than any other Brighton defender in his last six games.

However, an injury to Dan burn (£ 4.2 million) last time triggered a formative change that placed Veltman among a trio of center-backs.

Burn loses a spot in the starting eleven tonight, named on the bench to Blank Gameweek 29.

Leandro trossard (£ 5.8 million) and Pascal Groß (£ 5.8 million) could well be used as wingers considering the absence of a fully recognized left-side defensive player in the lineup.

Meanwhile, it is a second consecutive start-up for Danny Welbeck (£ 5.5 million) together with Neal maupay (6.2 million pounds) following his five-point score against Southampton.

Newcastle runs out Callum wilson (£ 6.5 million) and Allan Saint-Maximin (£ 5.1 million) though Miguel Almiron (£ 5.6m) joined the team for the first time since Gameweek 26.

Jamal lewis (£ 4.2m) is back in the bank with Paul dummett (£ 4.4 million) earning a third consecutive Premier League start as a left-back.

Jamaal lascelles (£ 4.2m) is Newcastle’s hottest asset tonight, although it is only 1.9% owned worldwide.

He is responsible for all of Newcastle’s goals in his last three games, in which he has accumulated 24 points, the most of any teammate in the same period.
