Liverpool will face Atalanta in their final UEFA Champions League game and will be broadcast live on television.

The Reds travel to Serie A in the third game of the group stage and it is one that could prove crucial in deciding the group’s classification.

Jurgen Klopp will hope to achieve three wins out of three in Europe and leave his team in the strongest possible position to qualify for the knockout stages.

Atalanta have four points after winning 4-0 against the Super League team and then drawing 2-2 against Ajax.

Fans are not yet allowed into all stadiums to watch their teams play in the European competition, as post-coronavirus restrictions on social distancing remain in place.

UEFA announced that some would be allowed to return fans up to 30% of the venue’s normal capacity, but this is subject to local authorities and visiting fans will not be allowed until further notice.

The Italian government has started allowing a certain number of fans to attend the matches from the end of September, which means that there could be up to 1,000 fans inside the Bergamo stadium.
