ARSENAL boss Edu raged in the stands during his team’s latest disappointing display, while Piers Morgan joked that he needs a bottle of wine to get through Gunners games right now.

Mikel Arteta’s side entered the clash tonight after five Premier League games without a win.

And such was famed fan Piers’ unease entering the match, that he admitted that he would get caught up in his gift from Good Morning Britain co-host Susanna Reid just to bear it.

Morgan, 55, took to Instagram to show off her 200-pound bottle of 2001 Chateau Lynch-Bages red.

He captioned it: “The only way I can get through another Arsenal game tonight given our current disastrous form … with the Christmas present from @ susannareid100.”

However, he may have been hiding behind the couch after 18 minutes, as Theo Walcott returned to chase his old team, putting the Saints 1-0 up.

And Amazon Prime Video cameras captured Technical Director Edu looking particularly irate shortly after.

The 42-year-old Brazilian shifted animatedly in his seat and his team lost again at home.

Things got a bit better for the pair, though, as Pierre-Emerick Aubemeyang scored for the first time since the Gunners’ victory at Old Trafford on November 1 to equalize.

However, things soon took another frustrating turn, as Gabriel received a red card just ten minutes later.

The Gunners held on for one point, and after the game, boss Arteta was eager to try to understand the positives.

He said: “Considering that we played 35 minutes with ten men, we have to take the point because we showed some stamina and character to last that long against a really dangerous team.

“But at the same time we are disappointed because we came back after conceding a goal.

“When we got back to our prime we shot ourselves in the foot. It is very difficult to compete in this league when you play for such a long period with ten men and we are fighting for results. Makes it even more complicated.

“They showed a lot of character and endurance again. They never gave up.

“After 1-0 I was worried because you could start to see the hidden players, and they did the opposite.

“Hopefully this unlocks it [Aubameyang] a little bit and things will change. “
