Sources in Whitehall have told The Daily Mail that there are “very few” parts of the country that would fall into Level 1, which is the only level that allows for indoor socializing with other households.
One source said that at least 80 percent of the country would be Tier 2 and 3 when they go into effect on December 2.
Another source told the newspaper it was “entirely possible that no one is on Level One” by the time Matt Hancock and Chris Whitty break down the latest figures tomorrow.
