QUEEN’S University Belfast has received funding to develop a rapid diagnostic test for Covid-19.
The goal of the test is to find a highly accurate test that can show results in one hour, eliminating the need to send tests to a laboratory.

Meanwhile, the Mental Health Commission has said there are still “major inconsistencies” in tests of mental health personnel for Covid-19.

And the number of patients at the Irish coronavirus hospital continues to decline.
