Their menu features classic items like Big Macs, Chicken McNuggets, and McFlurrys.
But other favorites, including their Mcuffins, bagels, and hash browns, are nowhere to be seen on the list.
Fans have now said they were gutted by the decision.
Writing on Twitter, a Maccies lover said, “Reopening McDonald’s without breakfast is pointless.”
Another wrote: “McDonald’s reopens but no breakfast menu? Fuck off!”
While another joked about using their Amazon Alexa speaker to share their despair at the news.
She said, “McDonalds may be reopening but breakfast won’t be served. ‘Alexa, show me a broken heart.'”
In a memo sent to staff yesterday, McDonald’s UK and Ireland Chief Executive Paul Pomroy said the reduced offer was deliberate.
He said: “A limited menu will allow us to operate with fewer people on duty, which will support social distancing, especially in production areas.
