Jurgen Klopp has made seven changes to his squad in search of a winning formula against Fulham today, with Diogo Jota named in the starting XI for the first time since December.
It’s another quick change for Klopp’s side, looking to bounce back from Sunday’s loss, with 18th-ranked Fulham on the road.
But as the coach pointed out before the game, Liverpool cannot be fooled by the position of the Cottagers, as they have accumulated more points (nine) in the last six games than the hosts (three).
Another injury to the central defender has forced another change in the defensive line today on a much changed side, one that will be led by Alisson between the sticks.
Nat Phillips is joined by Rhys williams in a surprise central defense pairing, with Neco williams Y Andy Robertson ending the last line.
In the midfield, Gini Wijnaldum will begin his twelfth consecutive league game alongside James milner Y Naby keita.
To top off the lineup, Mohamed salah will seek his 25th goal of the season with xherdan Shaqiri Y Diogo Jota by his side.
At the bench, Klopp has Fabinho and Thiago to turn to, and Roberto Firmino is unavailable due to a minor hit.
