Weather warnings

Although there are no weather warnings in Coventry today or tomorrow, a yellow warning for snow and ice is set for three days starting Monday.

The advisory covers the entirety of Coventry, Warwickshire and the wider region and is in effect from 9 pm on Monday, February 1 to 11:45 pm on Wednesday, February 3.

Drivers are warned of potential road delays and there could be power outages.

The Met Office previously said they expected sleet, rather than snow, to hit Coventry early next week.

But since then this forecast has been updated to heavy snowfall on Tuesday morning and rain in the afternoon, through Wednesday.
