Lance said an emotional farewell to his wife of nearly two decades after she fell ill over Christmas and was admitted to Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.

“I turned around and she completely passed out,” he said. “I thought that was it, that he was not going to recover.

“So when I got off the elevator I was distraught, lost, completely baffled.

“There was no one there to guide me. I called his publicist Mike Pingel and told him I had just fired Tanya. “

“Today the doctors told me that it is better to let her die and end her life,” he said.
