Che adams (£ 6.1m) joins a growing list of inactive Southampton players as they miss a Gameweek 17 meeting with Liverpool.
The forward was kicked in the head against West Ham and is absent Monday night due to a concussion.
Meanwhile, Oriol Romeu (£ 4.5 million) has suffered from some calf issues, which Ibrahima Diallo (£ 4.5 million) back to the Southampton squad in central midfield.

Those two absent unite Alex McCarthy (£ 4.7 million) and Jannik Vestergaard (£ 4.8 million) watching tonight’s game from the stands or the couch, who are lost due to self-isolation and a knee problem respectively.
The second-line nature of Southampton’s lineup is sure to encourage those who presented the captain’s armband to Mohamed salah (£ 12.6 million) on Gameweek 17.
The Egyptian is the most skippered asset in the game for the current round of action, although he has left a blank in each of his last two.
Liverpool are not without key players either. Following Nathaniel Phillips‘(£ 4.0m) excursion in Newcastle, Jordan henderson (£ 5.4 million) complete in center back.
