Aitor Karanka has apologized to Birmingham City supporters following his team’s 4-0 humiliation against Derby County.
The Blues head coach spoke up after seeing the Rams give up a 3-0 lead at halftime with a series of individual errors.
The hosts leaked a fourth goal towards the end of the match and have now conceded eight in their last two home games.
All of which prompted Karanka to send a message to Blues fans and express her frustration over her team’s wild inconsistency.

“You start the game with one mistake, one goal, two mistakes, two goals, three mistakes, three goals.
“It is difficult to understand, difficult to accept.
“It’s harder to understand when you’re making a game, then the next game you are perfect, then the next game you are perfect, then the next game you make the same mistakes you made before.

“It is the way we have to move forward.
