The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s Christmas card has been revealed, and the couple is seen relaxing with their son Archie and their two dogs.

The stylized image shows them in front of a Wendy’s home believed to be her California home.

The design was revealed after the card was sent to the Mayhew animal welfare charity, which Meghan supports as a sponsor.

Mayhew tweeted the image thanking him for an undisclosed donation made by Sussex.

The image is from a photograph taken by Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland.

A small Christmas tree in the picture is decorated with ornaments selected by the couple’s 19-month-old son.

Meghan’s message on the card read: “This year we, as a family, have donated to various charities with you in mind.

“From a local California organization helping families lift themselves out of homelessness, to two of our sponsorships in the UK – one supporting animal and community welfare, the other a memorial fund for a dear friend who helps educate children and fight poverty in Uganda, we have honored his work on behalf of all of us. “

Mayhew said on his website that the money would help him “weather the continued impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and will allow us to reach the animals and the people who are fighting. “

Last week it was announced that the Duke and Duchess had signed an agreement with Spotify to host and produce podcasts to highlight “different perspectives and voices.”

Harry and Meghan’s production company Archewell Audio has partnered with the streaming service for an undisclosed sum.

He is estimated to be worth around $ 25 million (£ 18 million) to his Archewell charity.

A spokesman for the Sussexes said of the card: “The original photo of the family was taken at their home earlier this month by the Duchess’s mother.

“The little Christmas tree, including the home decorations and other decorations, were selected by Archie, and the tree will be replanted after the holidays.”

Caroline Yates, Executive Director of Mayhew, said: “We are delighted to have the Duchess of Sussex as our sponsor, and she has shed great light on our community-based animal welfare work over the past two years.

“We are especially honored to recently receive a personal donation from the Duke and Duchess, which will allow us to help more cats, dogs and pet owners in need during this harsh winter period.”
