Jurgen Klopp insists he has not thought about extending his contract with Liverpool to make up for the nine months without fans at Anfield.
The German ended the club’s 30-year wait for the Premier League title in June, when a season hard hit by the coronavirus pandemic finally reached its late end.
However, since fans were unable to attend the final games or participate in a victory parade, the celebrations were quieter than previously expected.

The fans, of course, are now slowly beginning to return to the grounds, with Anfield hosting 2,000 fans at home for last weekend’s 4-0 win over the Wolves.
Klopp particularly enjoyed that breakthrough, later describing how he and his players “had goose bumps” when they ran out of their pre-game warm-up.
But the Reds boss hasn’t considered adding time to a deal that runs through 2024 to make up for a difficult period playing in front of empty stadiums.
He said, “It’s a very interesting point of view, but it hasn’t crossed my mind yet.
“I have enough other things to think about besides when my contract ends. I didn’t think about that for a long time and I won’t start now!”
