Additional powers have been given to the police to prevent groups from reuniting after a “violent riot” in Cardiff city center.
From Sunday through Tuesday morning, officers will have the power to prevent individuals and groups from gathering in the city center for 24 hours.
On Saturday night, six people were injured, including three with stab wounds after police received “multiple reports” of a violent incident on Queen Street. One person suffered serious head injuries.
A taser gun was also used to detain a man who was allegedly obstructing officers responding to the incident. It is not believed to have been involved in the disorder.
Four teenagers, aged 16 and 17, have been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder in connection with the problem and remain in police custody.

Police are now urging parents who believe their son was involved in the incident to come forward.
There is a dispersal order that allows the police to turn away anyone in the city center if their behavior may “contribute to disorder or cause harassment, alarm or distress to members of the public.”
South Wales Police Detective Superintendent Esyr Jones said: “This was a violent and completely unacceptable incident that has understandably caused alarm in the local community.
“A team of twenty detectives is investigating the incident, tracking large amounts of CCTV and speaking to various witnesses, and I want to assure the public that we will be relentless in identifying and arresting everyone involved.
“This appears to have been an isolated incident involving local youth, all of whom can expect to find officers knocking on their doors as investigations proceed.
“We work closely with a wide range of partners to ensure that incidents of this nature are rare, and the public must be assured that Cardiff remains a safe place to live, work and visit.
“We continue to appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident or who has information that may help bring the investigation forward. In particular, I urge any parent who suspects that their child was involved in any way to come forward. Addressing knife crime is the responsibility of all of us and parents who suspect their children are involved are not protecting them by staying quiet. “
