A large police presence is currently at the scene of an incident in Seaforth tonight.
Neighbors reported that emergency services arrived on Beaconsfield Road around 9 p.m. before cordoning off the area.
Police officers are believed to have been seen searching the area before road closures were established outside a row of houses.
Forensic officers are also at the location where people claimed a person was injured tonight.
Merseyside Police have been contacted for details and confirmation on the nature of the incident.
