Shane Richie admits that he felt a bit guilty about his comment to his campmate Mo Farah.

Olympic gold medalist Mo, 37, asked the former EastEnders star, 56, if she wanted to join him for a morning run.

When the celebrities woke up and decided to busy themselves with various tasks and exercises in the morning, Mo ran around the yard to keep in shape.

Asking Shane if he wanted to join him, Shane was quick to close his offer.

“No, you’re fine,” Shane said.

But the actor soon admitted to feeling guilty for his quick comment to the Olympian.

Chatting about the exchange on the Telegraph later, Shane laughed: “I feel really bad, I’m here with Mo Farah, Olympic gold rider and he asked me for a race and I said ‘no, you’re fine buddy.’

Celebrities have already raved about the great honor it is to have Mo at camp with them.

Mo asked Shane to join him for a run, but Shane objected to the idea.

As celebrities talked about their proudest accomplishments on Monday night’s episode, Mo said that winning the London 2012 Olympics was there at his proudest moment yet, leaving his fellow campers in awe.

Vernon said: “Having Mo at camp is a real focus of all of our attention, he has accomplished a lot, so when he speaks, everyone listens.”

Vernon asked Mo if he had a photo of his winning moments from the 2012 Olympics, and Mo said they gave him some grass from lane 1 that he had framed.

Bev gushed: “Mo has that something special, he has a beautiful aura around him.”
