Derriford Hospital has reported 10 new coronavirus-related deaths in the latest figures.
NHS England data, released today, shows three Covid-19 patient deaths recorded yesterday, November 16, with five more recorded on November 15 and one each on November 12 and 13.
The death added on Nov. 12 joins two others, which were reported in figures released Saturday.
The November 13 death also joins another death, which was reported in figures released Sunday.

It is the first time that Derriford Hospital has seen a double-digit increase in deaths since NHS England began announcing them daily.
The latest deaths bring the total number of coronavirus-related deaths at Plymouth NHS Trust university hospitals to 109.
Plymouth’s total hospital deaths now stands at 111, including the two deaths previously recorded at Livewell Southwest Mount Gould Hospital.
No other hospital deaths were announced in Devon or Cornwall in the latest figures, which revealed that 330 people who tested positive for the virus across England had died.
Of the ten new deaths at Derriford Hospital, another nine deaths were reported throughout the Southwest.
The number of deaths of Covid-19 patients by region is as follows:
East of England – 29
London – 24
Midlands – 86
Northeast and Yorkshire – 63
Northwest – 87
Southeast – 22
Southwest – 19
An NHS England spokesperson said: “Another 330 people, who tested positive for the coronavirus (Covid-19) have died, bringing the total number of confirmed deaths in hospitals in England to 36,842.
“The patients were between the ages of 27 and 99. All but 11 (ages 30 to 93) had known underlying health conditions.
“The date of death is October 29 to November 16, 2020, with most occurring on or after November 13.
“Their families have been informed.”
