The RSPCA has posted pictures of a woman they want to talk to regarding concerns about a dog.

Calls expressing concerns about the dog’s welfare were received in the Clearwater Quays area of ​​Warrington on November 4.

The RSPCA has now released two photos of a woman they want to talk to.

The images show a woman in a distinctive green and black jacket walking a dog through a field.

RSPCA Inspector of Animal Rescuers, Leanne Cragg, said: “I hope someone can identify the woman from these photographs so that we can get in touch with her as I think she could help me with my questions regarding the welfare of a dog.



The RSPCA has posted photos of a woman they wish to speak to regarding concerns about the welfare of a dog.

“The woman’s jacket is quite distinctive and so is the dog she is walking so I hope someone in the local area knows who she is and can provide me with her details so I can visit her address.”
