Judge Jeanine Pirro launched an attack on Democrats and others who are telling President Donald Trump and his supporters to accept that he lost the election to Joe Biden at the top of his Fox News show Saturday night.
Pirro’s spiel came hours after tens of thousands of Trump fans marched through Washington DC to show support for the president’s unfounded claims of voter fraud.
The host listed some of those claims, insisting that Trump has no obligation to relent until they are fully investigated.
“We will follow all legal avenues where there are irregularities, anomalies, illegalities and corruptions, and until the certification and the voters vote, that is not much to ask,” she said of herself and other Trump supporters.
So don’t you dare ask us to accept it and move on, and don’t you dare tell me that I am anti-American by questioning what even a Supreme Court justice has prevented.
And don’t you dare ask us to walk into the night in silence.
Judge Jeanine Pirro launched an attack on Democrats and others by telling President Trump to agree that he lost the election to Joe Biden at the top of his Fox News show Saturday night.
Pirro’s spiel came hours after tens of thousands of Trump fans marched through Washington DC to show support for the president’s unfounded claims of voter fraud.
Pirro noted that it is not up to the media to declare the winner of the election, a complaint that Trump and his allies have loudly and frequently promoted, even though the media has singled out a presumptive winner at all times. choices of modern history.
He also questioned the true motivations behind changes made to electoral procedures this year in response to the coronavirus pandemic, as Trump has done.
“They criticize us because we ask questions,” he said. ‘Under Covid coverage, the rules were changed, providing opportunities for wrongdoers.
‘Covid cannot be used to manage herd in our constitution. Covid is not a prophylactic that prevents us from exercising our fundamental constitutional right to vote. ‘
Pirro listed several allegations of voter fraud fueled by the Trump campaign in lawsuits in several states, including a ban on counting centers for Republican election watchers, late acceptance of ballots and corruption of vote counting machines.
While those accusations have yet to be substantiated, Pirro insisted that they should be thoroughly investigated.
“The question is, will any of these accusations affect a sufficient number of votes to change the outcome of the elections?” Pyrrhus asked. ‘Maybe yes, maybe not.’
He then acknowledged the possibility that the allegations had no bearing on the outcome and said he could accept a Biden presidency in that case.
“If the answer is that President Trump did not win, then on January 20, Joe Biden will be my president,” he said.
But until then, President Trump is my president because America only has one president at a time.
And in the meantime, don’t tell me that we can’t examine the ballots. Please do not tell me that we cannot pursue these irregularities. That’s ridiculous!

Trump appeared to agree with Pirro’s comment when he retweeted five clips from his show.
Hours later on Sunday morning, Trump first admitted that Biden won the election, but quickly clarified that he still believes he is the rightful winner and that Democrats ‘stole’ the election.
“He won because the election was rigged,” the president tweeted. ‘NO OBSERVERS OR OBSERVERS OF VOTE ALLOWED, vote tabulated by a private Radical Left company, Dominion, with a bad reputation and shoddy equipment that couldn’t even qualify for Texas (which I won a lot!), & More!’
President Trump first tweeted on Sunday that Biden won the election more than a week after most of the mainstream media called him for the Democrat.
Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani explained the tweet on the Fox News Sunday Morning Futures program. When asked by presenter Maria Bartiromo if the tweet was a concession, Giuliani said: ‘No, far from it.
‘What he’s saying is more, I guess, you would call it sarcastic, or a comment on the terrible times we live in, where the media have said that he won, but pointing out that it was illegal.’ Giuliani continued. “Obviously, he is vigorously challenging it in court.”
Trump also assured that he does not give in in a second tweet.
‘He only won in the eyes of the FAKE NEWS MEDIA. I grant NOTHING! ‘ he wrote.
‘We have a long way to go. This was an EQUIPPED CHOICE! ‘
Giuliani also said the election will be overturned, as he told Bartiromo that there is strong evidence that the machines used to count the ballots were rigged for Biden and eliminated Trump’s votes.
“Beyond these elections, which I believe will be annulled, but, beyond these elections, all of this must be investigated as a matter of national security,” he said.
Rudy Giuliani, the president’s lawyer, said Sunday on Fox News that Trump was being “sarcastic” when he said via Twitter that Biden had won the election.
