Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly were in top shape tonight when they returned to host I’m A Celebrity, and they were as cheeky as ever.
But instead of sunny Australia, the presenters were the hosts of wet and windy Wales.
Appearing from their new residence in the castle, the couple spoke of the campmates having to cut firewood to heat the boiler and keep the fire going.
Unsurprisingly, the cheeky couple couldn’t resist a joke about the situation.
Dec told spectators: “We have had a lot of cold weather, it has been very humid and rainy, so I think it will be very difficult to get wood.”
Ant joked, “Speak for yourself!”
Executive producer Tom Gould previously spoke about the show’s unique sensation this year.
He said: “We want to preserve who I am a celebrity, but we want to draw on the castle and the surroundings to give it that new and unique feeling.
“I hope that’s what we’ve done. Once we made up our minds and committed to it, doing this has been a labor of love and an opportunity to reinvent, but also to preserve the parts that we know viewers know, love and recognize. “.
