Liverpool People Without Covid Symptoms Urged To Enter New Test Sites

[ad_1]

People without coronavirus symptoms in Liverpool are urged to get tested, no booking required, as the city’s mass testing operation continues.

So far, the test has only been requested from people with symptoms of Covid-19.

The recognized symptoms of this are a continuous cough, high temperature loss, or change in your sense of smell and taste.

However, some people are asymptomatic, which means they have the virus but show no symptoms.

Clearly, there is a risk that if asymptomatic people mix with others, they can spread the virus without knowing they are doing so.

If these people are tested and the result is positive, it means that they can self-isolate immediately, and this is expected to reduce the levels of Covid-19 in our communities.

If you want to be part of this new test, you must go to one of the test centers that offer Lateral Flow Tests.

With these tests, you get your results in a relatively short space of time, in most cases less than an hour.

And you don’t need to book, in fact, people are encouraged to report to the nearest new test center.
