JOE Biden told the Americans “we are going to win this race” while addressing the nation.
Speaking from a rally in Delaware, the Democrat said he would emerge victorious in the battle states of Nevada and Arizona and defeat Donald Trump in the race for the White House.
Bullish Biden also boasted that his ballot had won more votes than any other presidential candidate in history, with 74 million votes.
It came after Trump accused his rival of “unfairly” claiming the presidency on Friday night.
The president also warned that his legal action against the states on the battlefield was “just beginning.”
Biden seems increasingly confident of victory, but a final vote count is not expected for a few days.
The Democrat faces tremendous wait as votes are counted in Pennsylvania, which could seal the White House for him, and Georgia announced a recount.
A victory in the state of Keystone would see Biden exceed the threshold of 270 needed to win the electoral college and take the presidency.
He is currently only 17 votes away from becoming president-elect.
