Actually, I’ll look like one of you, so you won’t even know who the hell I am. I’ll wear a mask and everything. And then when you don’t suspect that he will stab you in the back, I hope to see you tomorrow. ‘
He added: ‘I’m going to come dressed in black with a mask, you’ll know who the hell I am.’
It was feared that Patiño intended to carry out his death threat against Biden who was supporting BLM protesters planning to oppose a Trump rally taking place in downtown Los Angeles on Friday.
The Stop the Count rally was organized by Trump supporters and was scheduled to begin outside City Hall.
An online poster announcing the meeting read: ‘Calling All Patriots. Get out there and make your voice heard! He added: ‘We only trust Trump.’
But the BLM protesters warned their supporters not to attend the rally because of Patiño’s deadly threat.
As of Friday morning, Patiño’s Instagram account appears to have been removed.
It is understood that he also posted an apology online, but that too disappeared.
