Twenty people have been injured in the collision of 14 cars on the M40 motorway tonight.
At least 11 people were rushed to hospital after the multi-car crash near Loudwater in Buckinghamshire.
It is not yet known what caused the accident that left a huge ass for motorists while ambulance and fire crews worked at the scene.
The incident occurred on the southbound M40 between junctions 4 (Handy Cross) and 3 (Loudwater) just before 6 p.m., Bucks Free Press reports.

The South Central Ambulance Service tweeted: “SCAS were called this afternoon at 17:44 to the M40 between Junction 4 and 2 southbound, in a collision involving approximately 14 vehicles.
“We had seven ambulance teams, two paramedic officers, a tactical advisor and two hazardous area response (HART) teams on the scene.
“They have been evaluating more than 20 victims, 11 have been taken to Wexham Park Hospital with serious or minor injuries.
“Other victims were evaluated on the spot by our teams, but did not require hospital treatment.
“SCAS teams have been working alongside colleagues from the Thames Valley Police and Buckinghamshire Fire to respond to this multi-vehicle collision.”
