Edinson Cavani looks set to make his debut for Manchester United after being included in the club’s provisional squad, while two more players have returned to enhance Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s options.
After beating Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League, United will have another great encounter on Saturday when Chelsea visit Old Trafford.
All the players checked in at the Hotel Lowry the night before the game and on the day of the deadline signing Cavani he was part of the group after missing the trip to Paris.
Mason Greenwood and Harry Maguire were absent in the win over PSG, but they registered with the rest of the team at Lowry on Friday night.
Solskjaer expected the trio to be involved and they have passed in a position to play a role against Chelsea. who have a practically fit team to choose from before the crash.
“I hope and hope that all three are available for selection,” the Norwegian said earlier in the day.
“Of course we have a training session this morning, which is the last chance to prepare, but everyone has a chance, everyone.
‘Edinson needs to check all the boxes he’s been through in his show to be ready and have an impact. I’ll have a conversation with him today, as well as Mason and Harry.

Meanwhile, Marcus Rashford, who has been busy driving local businesses to help end child food poverty and even volunteered at a Manchester food bank alongside his mother earlier that day, returned to his day job and bonded with the rest of his United teammates.
United players spotted at the Lowry: David de Gea, Dean Henderson, Nathan Bishop, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Timothy Fosu-Mensah, Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire, Axel Tuanzebe, Luke Shaw, Donny van de Beek, Nemanja Matic, Scott McTominay , Fred, Paul Pogba, Juan Mata, Bruno Fernandes, Daniel James, Mason Greenwood, Edinson Cavani, Marcus Rashford, Odion Ighalo.
