Piers Morgan has targeted Meghan Markle for claiming that she is ‘the most trolled person in the world’.
The Good Morning Britain host, who often openly shares his dislike for the former actress, criticized the Duchess of Sussex on Monday’s news show delivery.
During his spiel, the 55-year-old former editor of the newspaper explained that Meghan, 39, had obtained the wrong data because she knew Adele was the most trolled celebrity.
She then went off on a tangent by sharing how hitmaker Adele was abused online due to losing weight.
Piers was furious: “Adele was the first to lose weight and all the people who loved her for being fat were cheating on her!
“If you lose weight and you recover and they control you.”
Then he returned to discuss the most trolled famous faces, as he noted: “Gemma Collins was second and Meghan third.”
Piers added: “She has more trolling than Trump and me.”

The controversial star later shared: “Most of the trolls are Meghan Markle fans.”
He then added, “The sound deafness is remarkable,” before taunting Meghan by asking the camera, “Are you okay at your Santa Barbara mansion?”
Piers then went on to publish her new book Wake Up and shared with viewers that there is a lot about Meghan within her new job.
Piers was enraged after Meghan spoke about her experience with online abuse during an appearance with Prince Harry on a podcast to mark World Mental Health Day.
The couple was featured as Harry and Meghan respectively on the Teenager Therapy podcast.
During the chat, the Suits actor said: “They told me that in 2019 I was the most trolled person in the world, male or female. Now, eight months of that it was not even visible, I was on maternity leave.” or with a baby.
