Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have recorded an episode of the Teen Therapy podcast, which will air on Saturday to mark World Mental Health Day. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will speak about prioritizing mental health, removing the stigma around it, and discussing how we can all contribute to a healthier world – physically, mentally, emotionally and holistically.

The podcast will be available on Spotify, Apple and Youtube starting at 9 a.m. M. PT, which is 4 p.m. M. In the UK.

The episode was recorded earlier this week at a coronavirus-compatible location in Montecito, California.

Meghan and Harry found out about the Teen Therapy podcast in a recent New York Times article.

A source told Omid Scoobie, co-author of a recent explosive biography about the Sussexes, that the couple were impressed with the show and wanted to collaborate with the hosts.

The source said: “They listened to some episodes and were very impressed with the show and the grace and honesty of the young presenters.

“They knew immediately that they wanted to support their important work.”

Teenage Therapy excitedly announced the collaboration with Meghan and Harry on Twitter on Friday.

Their website says: “We are 5 friends from very different backgrounds with a love for helping others.

“We created this podcast with a genuine passion to help others.

“We’re pretty normal though, so don’t expect any incredible talent.”

His recent podcasts have included discussions of acne and the realities of friendship.

This year’s theme set by the World Federation for Mental Health is “mental health for all.”

The need to prioritize mental health has come to the fore over the past six months, due to the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic.

Blockades around the world have caused financial difficulties, as well as loss, anxiety and less human contact.
