Another patient who was being treated for Covid-19 at a hospital in North Lincolnshire died sadly.
The patient, who died yesterday at the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust hospital, was the fourth to die in September.
There were no deaths at Grimsby, Scunthorpe or Goole hospitals in coronavirus patients during July and August, but as the number of cases has started to rise, sadly more deaths have been recorded.
The Trust does not release information on in which hospital the death occurred.
The area lost its first second wave patient on September 5, followed by another on September 21, one on September 28 and the latter.
Both North and Northeast Lincolnshire are now in the amber zone when it comes to the number of cases, with significant increases in positive test results on a daily basis.
At a Downing Street press conference on Wednesday, Prime Minister Boris Johnson warned that the government “will not hesitate” to take further action to stop the spread of the coronavirus in the UK.
Speaking from 10 Downing Street during the 100th pandemic press conference, the Prime Minister stressed the importance of easing the burden on the NHS.

He said the benefits of the local closures “will take time to materialize” and daily figures show why the government’s plan is “so important.”
Urging the country to follow the rules and download the NHS app, Johnson also thanked those currently facing tighter restrictions.
He said, “I know how difficult it is and has been for these communities,” paying tribute to students facing quarantine in their first weeks of study.
Meanwhile, stricter restrictions on social mixing will be imposed in the Liverpool City, Warrington, Hartlepool and Middlesbrough region, Health Secretary Matt Hancock announced this morning.
In a statement, he told Commons: “Earlier this week we introduced more measures in the North East, however, in parts of Teesside and North West England, cases continue to increase rapidly.
“In Liverpool, the number of cases is 268 per 100,000 inhabitants, so we must act together. Working with council leaders and mayors, today I extend these measures that have been in the Northeast since the beginning of this week to the Liverpool City, Warrington, Hartlepool and Middlesbrough region.
“We will provide £ 7 million to local authorities in these areas to support them with their vital work.”
Hancock said the rules would be the same as those announced earlier in the week for the Northeast.
