Jurgen Klopp has revealed that new signing Thiago Alcantara will miss Liverpool’s next two games.

The £ 25 million transfer made his debut in the Premier League win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, earning much applause for his performance.

Klopp admitted that he would miss the Premier League clash against Aston Villa, as well as being out of the Carabao Cup tie with Arsenal.

“After the international break, it will be fine,” he told Sky Sports.
