Or not, as the case may be.
A series of diagrams drawn to scale help gamers better understand how the next-generation PS5 and Xbox Series X / S consoles will fit into their homes and media centers.
In a series of tweets, the illustrator Keisawada You drew a series of scaled diagrams showing what each of the next-gen systems will look like compared to existing hardware, and … they’re big. Really big. Here, take a look:

Although we already knew that the new systems from Sony and Microsoft are quite bulky, the addition of other existing hardware helps contextualize how much space the next-gen systems will take up, particularly for those playing on smaller monitors or televisions.

Since we’re on the topic of the PS5, yesterday Sony apologized for the chaos caused by pre-orders for the PlayStation 5 earlier this week. “Let’s be honest: PS5 pre-orders could have been a lot smoother,” Sony said in a tweet on the official PlayStation account. “We really apologize for that. Over the next few days, we will release more PS5 consoles for pre-order; retailers will share more details.
“And more PS5s will be available until the end of the year.”
