Michael Keane told talkSPORT that Everton’s hopes of winning the competition could face West Ham in the knockout stages as long as they beat League One Fleetwood Town.
Brentford could avenge their defeat to Fulham in the championship play-off final, but West Brom stands in the way of the Bees, while the Cottagers must overcome Sheffield Wednesday.
The fourth round draw came after the climax of the second round draws on Thursday night. The third round playoffs will take place on September 22 and 23.
The fourth round playoffs are scheduled for September 29-30.
