Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther co-star Letitia Wright took to social media Tuesday to recite a vibrant poem she wrote in her memory following her tragic death last week from colon cancer at age 43.
Wright, 26, narrated the poignant poetry amid a montage of nature-related images and shots of them together.
“ I didn’t know this was what was waking me up, my brother, an angel on earth, is gone, ” said Wright, who played King T’Challa’s sister, Shuri, in the 2018 hit movie. ‘Such a beautiful soul, when you walked into a room, there was calm.
