Removals and visits to the House may be resumed in England again starting Wednesday, under the new UK government coronavirus rules.
The changes were contained in the updated closing regulations presented to Parliament on Tuesday.
Buyers and tenants had previously been urged to delay the move while the “stay home” advice applied.
Blocking measures are easing in England starting Wednesday after more than seven weeks of restrictions.
It occurs when 627 other people died in the UK after testing positive for coronavirus, bringing the total number of recorded deaths to 32,692.
Meanwhile, the UK scheme to pay the wages of licensed workers due to the pandemic will run until October.
Under new government-issued closing regulations, you will be allowed to move out of the house again, as well as visiting real estate agents and leaving agents.
Potential buyers and tenants will also be able to visit show houses and view houses on the market to rent or buy.
Anyone who has already purchased a new home will be able to visit it to prepare for the move.
The Zoopla property website had previously estimated that some 373,000 property sales had been suspended during the shutdown, with a total value of £ 82 billion.
Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick said those who “wait patiently to move now can do so” as long as it is done under the rules of social distancing and security.
Jenrick said the government’s “step-by-step plan” will allow people to “move into their homes safely, covering every aspect of the sales and rental process, from visits to removals.”
Meanwhile, the property markets in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland remain closed.
Home visits are not allowed under the closing regulations, and their land registries are running a reduced service or are not recording transactions.
The updated regulations, presented to Parliament by Health Secretary Matt Hancock, also allow people in England to leave their homes to collect ordered goods from companies and travel to waste or recycling centers.
It is part of Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s “conditional plan”, which he outlined on Sunday, to reopen the partnership, including encouraging people to return to work if they cannot work from home.
Regulations say that people will be allowed to visit a “public open space for outdoor recreation purposes to promote their physical or mental health or emotional well-being.” This means that people can simply visit or spend time outdoors without having to exercise.
As the government has indicated, people can go outdoors with other members of their home, alone or with someone from a different home.

The regulations list the definitions of “public open space” that include open field, access ground, public gardens, and recreation areas.
Garden centers and outdoor sports courts can now be opened under the new regulations, but playgrounds cannot.
