EYE FLASH NEWS! Green light given to the resumption of the activity of the real estate agency – Property Industry Eye

EYE has become aware of the detail of The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) 2020 which will apparently take effect tomorrow, May 13.

The amendments appear to alter travel restrictions as follows:

(v) or subparagraph (l), replace—

“(L) to carry out any of the following activities in connection with the purchase, sale, rental or rental of a residential property: (i) visit properties or rent agents, developer sales offices or show homes; (ii) view residential properties to search for a property to buy or rent; (iii) prepare a residential property to move; (iv) move home; (v) visit a residential property to perform any activity required for the rental or sale of that property;

This seems to give the green light to the resumption of the activity of the real estate agency.
