What did the Prime Minister say?
Last night he gave a statement describing the three stages of his plan, and today’s document features some of the fine print.
But many details are still missing from the large document, which raises more questions than it answers.

He told the House of Commons: “If everyone stays alert and follows the rules, we can control the virus, keep the infection rate low, and keep the number of infections low.”
“And this Mr. President is how we can continue to save lives and livelihoods as we begin to recover from the coronavirus.”
In a foreword to the document, he said: “This document sets out a plan to rebuild the UK for a world with COVID-19.
“It is not a quick return to ‘normality.’ Nor does it present an easy answer.
“But it is a plan that should give hope to the people of the United Kingdom.
“I hope we can rebuild; that we can save lives; that we can safeguard livelihoods.”
But the prime minister warned Britain that the only way out of a total blockade was to find a vaccine, and there was still a chance that it would never happen.
What will happen this week?
The reopening of the nation will take place slowly so that experts can monitor the transmission rate, known as the R-rate, of coronaviruses and observe the impact of any relaxed measure on new case numbers in the UK.
The first thing that will happen is that the British will have more freedom to spend their free time outside on Wednesday, including sunbathing and picnicking with their own home.
When do the children return to school?
In England, primary school students will begin to return in phases starting in June, but secondary school children will not return until at least September, as confirmed last night.
The nurseries, the children of the receiving year, the Year 1 and Year 6 students will be the first to return after the May semester.
Today’s documents revealed that the Government wants primary schools in England to return at least a month before the school holidays.
That means they will probably return to classrooms in late June.
Can i see my friends
The new guidelines released today reveal that the government is investigating whether it is safe for two households to mix. “
Starting Wednesday, the public will be able to meet with someone other than their home.
But they must remain 2 meters away at all times.
It means that people can finally see their friends and family again, but only someone else and at a distance.
But there is still a ban on meetings of more than two people, which means this would be illegal.
Can I travel abroad?
In the coming weeks, anyone entering the UK from abroad will face a 14-day quarantine.
However, France and Ireland will be exempt from this for now.
More details on the plan are expected, but will not come into action in a few weeks yet.
Meanwhile, the British will be able to travel for exercise starting Wednesday, no matter how far.
It will mean that the British can take day trips to the beach, parks and lakes that are not nearby.
But they must remain within England and cannot cross the border into Wales or Scotland.
Nicola Sturgeon warned that anyone who crossed could be arrested as well.
How about the whole of the UK?
UK breaks may not occur until mid-summer after the government warned that hotels and holiday homes will not open before July 4.
The expected date may also be delayed depending on the coronavirus situation in Great Britain.
Can we go out more?
The British will soon be able to leave the house for more than just the four reasons listed in the coronavirus laws.
They will be allowed to travel to other places for sunbathing, picnicking and other leisure reasons.
Boris also revealed last night that the public will soon be able to get as much exercise as they want, rather than just once a day like this.
That will include sports like golf and tennis that were previously partially closed thanks to the lock.
Is football coming back?
The Premier League and superior sport may start again in June, but only behind closed doors under new government plans to ease the blockade.
Full sports matches and any mass gatherings will remain banned for many more months.
The new guide said: “Organizations must prepare … (for) cultural and sporting events to be held behind closed doors for transmission, avoiding the risk of large-scale social contact.
While parts of Britain will slowly reopen in the coming months, sporting events, pubs and other events will be the last to reopen.
Do I need to wear a mask now?
The British were also urged to wear face covers in public to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
The prime minister said that homemade masks should be used in closed spaces where social distancing is not possible or where you can come into contact with people from outside your home.
