Public health experts have noted that it is safe to resume some activities in communities where the incidence of infection is low.

The country’s top infectious disease specialist Dr. Anthony Faucy, who appeared via video at Vermont Governor Phil Scott’s virus briefing on Tuesday, praised the state’s response and its steps to reopen safely. He urged Vermont to wear masks, avoid crowds and take other simple precautions.

But elsewhere, experts say, the case count is too high to start high-risk activities such as going to bars, gyms, theaters and stadiums, participating in nearby contact sports or eating inside restaurants.

In most communities in Florida, with a little caution, the bar was allowed to reopen at 50 percent capacity on Monday. But Florida’s three largest counties – Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach – have closed their bars due to the high number of cases.

Even where drinking establishments have decided to reopen, some owners and customers are hesitant.

It’s not just government officials who waive sanctions. In Milwaukee, the Roman Catholic archbishop said he would not make an excuse to worship in person unless he was ill or would take care of a sick person. Meanwhile, cases are on the rise in Wisconsin.

Some local officials are sabotaging the cases.

In Kencha’s Wichita, health officials made it mandatory to wear a bar curfew and a mask. Officials in Framingham, Massachusetts, said they have begun imposing ડો 500 fines on property owners who violate property and mask-wearing rules.

Public health experts said they are concerned they are seeing a pattern: a reduction in cases relieves officers and regular Americans of measures to stay safe, and a return from infection and death.

“Please, you’ve done so well, don’t take your guard down.” The FC said during a video call with the governor of Vercha during a news conference. “Because if we do, we’re going to see a surrogate who will put us back where we were months ago.”
