* HES codes should not be questioned via the mobile application ‘Hayat Eve Sığar’ (HES) at the entrances of employees, managers and customers in stores and workplaces with 10 or more employees where people shop, and not cause no problem and victimization in the app.
MONEY PENALTIES FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE DECISIONS
* An administrative fine of TL 392 according to article 32 of the Law of Misdemeanors, and an administrative fine of TL 3 thousand 180 according to article 282 of the General Hygiene Law to workplaces / businesses / institutions that do not comply with the decisions made, citizens who act against the rules of wearing masks. Impose an administrative fine of 900 TL in accordance with article 282 of the Public Health Law, act in accordance with the relevant articles of the law according to the situation of the violation, initiate the necessary judicial procedures within the scope of article 195 of the Code Turkish criminal, A copy of the decision made to the district governor It was unanimously decided to send it to institutions and organizations. “
HOW TO GET THE CODE?
– In the HES application, it is entered in the section “HES code transactions”. Click the “Generate HEPP Code” button. The CODE usage time is selected and the CODE is created.
