As of September 21, the primary school first grade students and the preschool group had started face-to-face education. Although it was stated that the measures were taken, the schools where the coronavirus was detected began to be made known.
THE SOLUTION MUST BE PRODUCED
In his statement on the matter, Eğitim – Sen said: “It is quite significant that distance education continues in private schools, even though the Ministry of National Education has not taken any precautions.

The 2020-2021 academic year began amid intense discussions on September 21, 2020. The MEB, which is not fully prepared for face-to-face education or distance education, cannot produce solutions to problems. In fact, given that issues such as child labor, millions of students who do not have access to distance education are not considered as a fundamental problem area for the Ministry of National Education, no action is taken. However, it is absolutely necessary to take steps so that all of our students enjoy the right to education equally. Eğitim Sen is determined to increase the fighting in all provinces and districts in the next period.
“IT WAS A KNOWN SITUATION WILL HAVE A PROBLEM OF ENTRY TO EBA”
The vast majority of students started the new academic year with distance education. In the period since March, no solutions have been found to the basic problems of distance education, the EBA’s technical infrastructure has not been strengthened and the problem of access to distance education has not been resolved. EBA could not be entered as of the morning hours of September 22, 2020, school administrators ordered teachers to use different programs. It was known that there would be problems entering the ABE when distance education began. The intensity experienced at EBA is not an unexpected situation or a momentary problem. Considering the number of students and course schedules, it is not difficult to predict that this density will be experienced. Although the Ministry of National Education did not take any precautions regarding this situation, it is quite significant that distance education continues in private schools. MEB should quickly intervene on the problem and find a solution.
During this time, the teachers;
a- They should write down their problems, if possible, write them down and report them to school administrations.
b- School administrations must be requested to transmit the problems experienced in writing to MoNE.
c- It should request school administrations and provincial / district education administrators to provide licensed online platforms to teachers.
d- A link must be kept for each course.
Eğitim Sen continues his attempts to solve the problem.
To end the discussion on additional teacher courses, MEB must send an explanatory letter to the provinces. We cannot accept savings from teachers’ labor. Additional tuition fees must be paid in exchange for all courses in the make-up period. Course preparation and planning fees in distance education must be paid incrementally “
