LAYING BY ÖSYM
1 The placement in the contracted positions in the guide will be carried out centrally by ÖSYM.
2 Among candidates who obtained the same score in the placement procedures, priority will be given to those who graduated before the graduation date, and if this is the same, priority will be given to the highest.
3 During the placement, the coherence between the educational level completed by the ÖSYM, the gender, the graduate program and the qualifications sought for the hired positions will be checked, and if any discrepancy is detected even in any of these, the preference will be canceled.
4 Placement will be based on candidate information in OSYM records. In the event that unrealistic issues are determined in this information, the candidates who have been placed will not be appointed by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, and the candidates will not be able to claim any rights for this situation.
5 During the placement process, candidates will be placed in hired positions based on their scores and order of preference. Candidates with higher scores will be placed in your second preference because they are placed in your first preference, and a candidate who cannot be in your second preference will be placed in your third preference, and the placement process will continue in this manner. If a candidate with a higher score is placed in the last option of a candidate, this candidate may not be placed in any hired position.
