The 14th Higher Criminal Court of Istanbul ruled that the Constitutional Court’s decision against Enis Berberoğlu, who was removed from office as a member of parliament, on the grounds that it “ was within the scope of the suitability check ”, there was no room for a retrial and resisted the prison sentence of 5 years and 10 months imposed on Berberoğlu.
