– In foodservice, all tools and equipment will be dishwasher safe at least 60 degrees after each use.
– Commonly used products such as olive oil, lemon sauce, salt, pomegranate syrup will be eliminated. Salt and spices will be administered for single use.
– The number of people that will be admitted in the country’s dining rooms and cafeterias will be calculated as 1 person for every 4 square meters, including employees and students.
– Packaged sales of open products will prevent students from touching these products.
