65-year pension: To benefit from this pension, the per capita income of the person and their spouse must be less than one third of the net amount of the minimum wage.
Disability pension: To be eligible for this pension, the per capita income of the household must be less than one third of the minimum wage.
Subsidy for home care: To receive this money, per capita household income must be less than two-thirds of the minimum wage. General Health Insurance premiums are covered by the state so that people who do not have social security and whose per capita income within the household is less than one third of the net minimum wage can benefit from their right to health.
Unemployment payment: The lower limit of unemployment wages that workers receive when they are laid off is 40 percent of the gross minimum wage. The highest unemployment wage is 80 percent of the gross minimum wage. Increasing the minimum wage is important for unemployment benefits. Nearly 1 million workers currently receive short-term work allowances. Once again, 2.1 million workers are on leave without pay. These workers try to live on 39 lire a day. With the increase, support for cash wages should also increase.
